Our Tandoori Clay Oven was lit in 2002 and is still gently glowing away today. Cooking over the coals in a Tandoor imparts a succulence and tenderness to the food and seals in the flavour in a way that is quite unique. All these dishes are served with our special seasonal salad and fresh homemade chutney which change weekly according to fresh market produce.
